1. 14-Day Complimentary Exchange Window
We want you to experience the exact intended drape of the Ornament Jersey. If you receive your piece and find that you would prefer a different size (smaller for athletic fit, or larger for oversized drape), you may request a complimentary size exchange within 14 days of delivery.
2. Condition Requirements
Garments must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original interior tags and protective packaging intact.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange
Email our concierge at contact@nware.shop with your order reference number (e.g. NW-XXXXXX) and your desired replacement size. Our Spanish atelier team will issue a return slip within 24 hours.
