SHIPPING POLICY

NWARE offers worldwide shipping via our premium logistics partners. Every order is fully insured and tracked from our atelier to your door.

UK DELIVERY

Next Day Delivery (if ordered before 2PM): £15.00
Standard Delivery (2-3 working days): Free on orders over £500.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Europe: 3-5 working days — £35.00
Rest of World: 5-10 working days — £50.00

*Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all security tags and original architectural packaging intact.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Contact concierge@nware.shop to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Securely package your items in the original NWARE box.
  3. Affix the provided prepaid shipping label (UK only) and drop off at any authorized collection point.

International returns are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty. Architectural packaging is considered part of the product and must be returned in perfect condition for a full refund.
